Lady Cougar Bowlers defend SM District Cup Title

The Shawnee Mission Northwest Lady Cougar bowling team overcame adversity, and endured charges from other SM schools to defend their district cup title. Congratulations to Dakota Stephens who rolled a 704 series and was crowned SM District Champion amongst individuals in boys’ bowling.  Stephens who series was highlighted with a 275 in his first game.  He came out and rolled strikes on his first nine frames prior to settling for the 275. Bowling Team Announced

Congratulations to the following bowlers who made the 2020 team. We will have a team meeting in room 153 after school on  Friday 12/6 for approximately 30 minutes. There is a player/parent meeting on Wednesday 12/11 at 7:00 pm in the library.

Fall Winding Down, Winter Heating Up….Are You Ready?

With all fall sports, EXCEPT FOOTBALL, now completed, many student-athletes need to start making sure all their paper work is in for winter sports tryouts.  Remember that your physical packet (along with concussion form) are due prior to you starting practice.  All completed packets should be turned in to Mrs. Horseman in the athletic office
